We accept returns on non-embroidered hoodies in their original condition. Custom (embroidered) items are final saleand not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Embroidered Hoodies:

• Refund: Return within 7 days of delivery for a full refund
• Store Credit: Return within 14 days of delivery for store credit
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

To start a return:

1. Email us at contact@hellotrent.com with your order number and reason for return
2. If eligible, we'll reply with your return label and instructions
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or store credit

All items are made to order and custom embroidered. Please allow time for production before your order ships.

Production Time

• Standard turnaround: 1–2 weeks
• During high-volume periods: 2–3 weeks
• A shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once your order has shipped

Shipping Time

• U.S. orders: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days after production
• International orders: Estimated delivery within 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs
